1. Rent Boat consegna al noleggiante un natante della categoria prescelta che verrà sottoposto ad un controllo di tutta l'attrezzatura e materiale in dotazione, inclusi tutti i documenti necessari.
EN: Rent Boat consigns to the charterer a vessel of the selected category. The boat and equipment, including all the necessary documents, will be checked before departure.
2. La cauzione da versare in anticipo in contanti, verrà restituita nel caso non vengano riscontrati problemi o danni al natante o all'attrezzatura di bordo. In caso di danni l'intera somma sarà trattenuta fino alla quantificazione dei danni subiti.
EN: The deposit is to be paid in cash, in advance, and will be returned to the charterer if no problem or damage to the boat is identified. In case of damage, the total deposit will be withheld until the cost of the damage has been quantified.
3. Il consumo carburante verrà quantificato in base agli indicatori di livello di consumo.
EN: Fuel consumption will be calculated based on the boat's onboard fuel gauge.
4. Il ritardo di riconsegna del natante fino a 1h € 50,00 di mora; oltre 1h € 150,00 di mora.
EN: In case of late return of the vessel, an additional fee will be charged up to 1h: €50,00 more than 1h: €150,00.
5. I natanti sono coperti dalla polizza assicurativa: RC responsabilità civile.
EN: The charterer is covered by the following insurance policy for vessels: RC Civil Responsibility.
6. Sono a totale carico del noleggiante ammende e contravvenzioni per infrazioni al Codice Marittimo o Civile.
EN: Any fines for infractions of the Italian Civil Code and Maritime Code will be borne solely by the charterer.
7. Il noleggiante è totalmente responsabile, ai sensi delle vigenti normative, rispetto agli eventi che possono accadere a terzi imbarcati.
EN: The charterer is legally responsible, in accordance with the existing law, for every person and asset on board the vessel.
8. I dati personali comunicati alla Rent Boat, verranno trattati come previsto dalla legge sulla privacy, art. 13 del D. Lgs 196/2003. Tali dati potranno essere usati anche per eventuali comunicazioni successive o per fini giudiziali o stragiudiziali.
EN: In compliance with the Italian legislative Decree n. 196/2003, I hereby authorize you to use and process my personal details contained in this document.
9. Il noleggiante prende atto e approva tutte le condizioni descritte dalla Rent Boat nel presente contratto di noleggio e si impegna a rispettare ogni legge e regolamento vigente nelle zone in cui intende navigare. Per quanto non espressamente convenuto nel presente contratto, si applicheranno le norme del Codice Civile in tema di noleggio di cose.
EN: The charterer acknowledges and approves the terms and conditions in the present contract. The charterer commits to following every existing regulation in the areas in which he/she intends to sail. For any other matter not expressly detailed in the present contract, the norms of the Civil Code will be applied.
